John Dorsey, Jr. and wife, Comfort sold to Charles Hammond and his wife, Rachel, Merritous Fancy and Stimpson's Choice, left to Comfort and Rachel in the will of their father, John Stimpson, October 2, 1688.In 1745, Confort Dorsey was granted a license ot keep an ordinary and was known as an Innkeeper.
