3.2 Verbs not allowing -ing participle objects

Examples of errors:

(1) I just want to help making school fun.
(2) American troops help keeping peace in Europe.
(3) My aim would be to help them being integrated in the classroom.
(4) No one wants to hear the problems of his neighbor or to help him solving the problems.
(5) At this point many old people decide killing themselves.
(6) They will not wish destroying these relationships.
(7) This process makes a child talking in the right way.

The sentences above contain verbs that do not allow -ing participle objects. Verbs that do allow -ing participle objects include: acknowledge, admit (to), avoid, consider, contemplate, defer, deny, detest, dislike, escape. evade. facilitate, fancy, favor, finish, give up, cannot help, include, keep (on), don't mind, miss, postpone. practice, put off. resent. resist, risk. shun. cannot stand, stop, suggest, etc. For example:

He acknowledged/considered/postponed coming.
