Quit Smoking!

The most effective way to quit smoking is to stop immediately and for good. Once you decide to quit smoking:-

1.Inform family and friends of your decisicion and get their support and encouragement.

2.Get rid of all cigarettes,lighters,matches and ash trays.

3.Involve in a hobby or out door activity eg.swimming,walking,jogging.

4.Drink plenty of plain water and avoid liquor,coffee etc that may stimulate you to smoke.

5.Learn to say no when someone offers you a gigarette.

6.Keep away from smokers who tend to tease or tempt you to smoke again

7.Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

8.If there is an urge to smoke,take a slow,deep breath or drink cold water or go for a walk or shower.

9.Never give in,not even to one cigarette
