_________________________________________________________________
Please take note of the revisions in school policies effective immediately, for
information and implementation:
STUDENTS
Students who come to school late for the first period classes will be given 15 minutes grace period. However, the names of students who arrive one (1) minute after the 15-minute grace period should be recorded in the logbook by the guard on duty.
The names of tardy students should be submitted to the class adviser for records purposes. A copy of these records should be given to the guidance office by the class adviser.
Late students (those who arrive after the 15-minute grace period) should be allowed to enter the campus and stay in a place within the sight of supervision of the subject teachers.
Subject teachers have no right to confiscate the things of their students. Instead, they have to record the offense/s made by the erring students and report them to the class adviser. The class adviser should inform the parents before recommending sanctions.
The class adviser is responsible for taking appropriate sanction against an erring student in accordance with the school rules and regulations. In case the class adviser or year level chairman has not settled the matter in their respective year level, the school head has the authority to give appropriate disciplinary action.
TEACHERS
The teachers should religiously time in upon arrival out upon departure from the school.
The teachers should attend to their classes punctually and regularly.
Photocopying of test questionnaires is not allowed. No collection for photocopies of test materials should be made.
Please be guided accordingly.
