Re:                    Submission of Lesson Plans and Observation of Classes

        Please take note of the schedule of submission of lesson plans in your respective departments:

                            Monday        -            Filipino

                            Tuesday        -            English

                            Wednesday   -            Science, Mathematics

                            Thursday       -            T.L.E., MAPEH

                            Friday            -            A.P., Values Education    

        Submission of lesson plans will start next week; however, lesson plans from June 4 - 8 should be included. In case the scheduled date for the submission of lesson plans of a certain department falls on a holiday, the teachers concerned should submit their lesson plans the following working day.

        Lesson plans should be noted first by the subject area head/chair before submission to the Office for records purposes.

        Likewise, this Office authorizes the subject area heads/chairpersons to supervise classes of teachers in their respective departments starting this school year to promote instructional competence.
