REMINDERS

A. For necessity to go out of the school campus during class hours due to health reasons or emergencies at home:

1. Write a letter requesting permission to leave the school addressed to the Principal/Assistant to the Principal/Department Heads.

2. Have it noted by the class adviser or the year level coordinator, if the class adviser is not around, then approved by the Principal and its duly representative mentioned above.

B. A student who has been absent for one day or more should present an excuse letter signed by the parent or guardian. The letter should be noted first by the class adviser before notations by the subject teachers.

C. Students having classes in the afternoon are allowed to enter the campus 15 minutes before class time. In instances where students have to report to school earlier than their usual schedule, a letter stating the purpose should be signed by the teacher concerned and noted by the class adviser.

D. In case of rains before and after class time, the students who are staying outside the campus may occupy the NIA Village Covered Court until the rain stops.

F. The students should be abreast of the school activities and update themselves with the school memorandums through access of the school website: www.oocities.org/sauyo_hs.

E. Incidences of thefts sometimes happen inside the classroom. Students should not leave their wallets, cell phones or any king of valuables in their bags once they go out for breaks.
