No Snow Much Rain

Day off, started it by pulling a muscle and not being able to move my head properly so um nothing achieved today.

Watched new ITV series Primeval photogenic scientists running around and bumping into dinasaurs, I tell you my lecturers never looked like this...

Professor ~ Wry, young for a specialist in his field, fair hair rough, shaven, missing his lost wife. Think Indianna Jones with less attitude and ooomph

Lab Tec ~ Talk about accepting jobs beneath you! This guy cooly tracks dinasuars with only a knowing quirk of a brow to show emotion, is stronger than dinasuars knocking over units with one hand while chased, is clever, is an ace marksman totally outshooting the dessert storm guy, nick-of-time timing that's always good in a hero and did I mention cute? yes whilst on the hunt for the monsterous dino we're treated to camera close ups from a range of angles in case us suseptible females aint figured this is swoon guy or haven't fallen for the prof.

Groovy chick ~ Lizard lover with the funky white hair, thinking manga here, modern yet soft hearted, fantasy person for the nerd-boy will probably end up with super-lab-techie.

Nerd-boy ~ greasy looking longer haired consipracy theorist but no doubt amazing with his laptop & animal database. How exactly spotting dino-poo-poo with a print can inspire a quick search and id for an unseen dino-killing machine is beyond me. Obviously a humaniser ie so the science talk doesn't get to beyong the average person. Maybe he'll get eaten though.

Smart HO woman ~ lust object to be of the prof. should provide emotional tanglement as he feels guilt to his lost now possibly prehistoric wife. Now that is dinner party show stealer!

Action Man ~ strong shaven headed gun wielder for any female still with no champion. An eye to duty and a brain to manipulate. Not as many close-ups yet to decide if he's cute or not but hey it was only the first episode!

Plot ~ I'm sure there was one, the CGI wasn't bad for an ITV series not the Dr Who rival it's totted as, definite rip off with the line up pick of the cast though from Torchwood; but good fun and knowing me I'll keep watching it. Only it's bugs next week. Giant prehistoric bugs true; but still bugs

Oh yeah I forgot a character ~ Cute Flying Lizard thing ~ Undoubtedly the first toy to be produced from the mini series. Cute, big eyes, flys, makes cute sounds.

**piccy is some oil pic named Primeval that bares no connection to the series except the name**

neck hurting can't be arsed to spell check.
