Piccy = my manger/crib; yes it's made out of an old wooden veggie box and the figures are all ancient and battered but I like it :) and I don't see why the teddy bears, reindeer... can't join in so

Been to sister's for the present exchange; g.aunt actually came along!!!!!!!!!! wow it really IS Christmas! Nephew is an adorable little monster, they sang 'Away in a Manger Together' G.aunt who is 90yrs and nephew who is 41/2yrs ever so sweet. She's not seen him since he was 1yr.

Decided Christmas occasionally does bring out the best out of people

Work was hectic hardly suprising really. Got stuck on checkouts all day and people with huge overflowing trolleys of stuff. Most were good spirited, different to trying to battle way through shop and being snarled/glared and muttered at. Some old git kicked my ankle yesterday then muttered about me to his wife as he walked off. I was biting my tongue due to uniform and name badge - I need my job - hubby who was there wanted to coin him for me my hero .

Fog is really bad hereabouts visability down to 10-20ft all day; really wierd. Glad I don't drive.
