Spiddy Pic
spiddy full view ~ Actually this is a slideshow of the making of the film from the BBC site :)
Tennant
The dr inspects the bride
Overall it was a strange one, good though. Several mentions of Rose and a sad faced doc, quite dark in places; sad wherever he mentions her. There was one scene that reminded me strongly of the very beginning when Ecclestone was showing her (Rose) the earth before it's destruction.
Tate as the bride from the title was a tad annoying at times; very loud. The giant spiddy was amazing. Thought they'd do more with the tunnel but wont comment on it further not to spoil. I like the imprevised transport very DR who LOL Tennant as usual has that almost comic book expressiveness about him. Very cool.
Torchwood is mentioned but there wasn't really an overlap as many expected. Well unless you consider a peek of their London operations. Ends with the doctor being instructed to 'get someone in his life to stop him from doing the unthinkable more often' there's this clip earlier that shows he is capable of extreme actions but hints that they do effect him. Sort of a comment on his way of life too; a comarison in that Rose thrived on it but Tate really wouldn't adapt to it.
Link below should give you a preview clip of the new series ~ looks good :)
