She looks like she is relaxing in the sun.  Maybe waiting for her lunch date. 

They dated back in high school and after being away for 15 years, she is back in town.

He would know her or at least he thinks he would.  People change in 15 years.  All she would need is the general facial features, an exact casting would not be required.

Her long hair and glasses could help hide or camouflage the seam of a mask or nose prosthesis.  She might use a bit more makeup, to help hide the flaws of the last 15 years.

The tight jeans and leather boots would draw his eyes away from her more plain upper appearance.

Getting back into her pants would be more important to him, than any little flaws she might have, after all, people change.  He is carrying around a few extra pounds himself.  She still looks fit in her tight jeans.
