Preparing a disguise. 

It does look like she is preparing a disguise.  In her leotard and tights, she looks pretty hot.  The guy at the club will be looking at her curves and not real closely a her hair.

She will set herself in his sights, but in such a way as to make him believe his real target is between her legs.

Her nice pelvic curves are enhanced by the high cut legs of her leotard, and she knows he likes that.  

Collecting a sample of his sperm for the investigators should be a piece of cake.  It will be their case after that.
