You are doing a very good job (with no pay) and I am sure your many readers appreciates the good work that you are doing.

Hi , i just like that you're doing a great job and you should keep up the good work.

I don't know how you find the time.

I also have a quick comment. You're probably already doing this, but you should get volunteers to help you with the newsletter and website; that way you'll have more content and a wider array of expertise.

again
Good Job.

Darren Cato - November 19, 2000

Thank you so much. It feels good to keep in touch. You're doing a great job.

Heriot Barnard - November 12, 2000

Hello from Canada! Just to say I really enjoy the weekly newsletter as a way to keep up with St Lucia in a more personal way than the regular media - love your sense of humour - althought lately I should perhaps say your sense of the macabre! Keep up the great job! Thanks.

Jean - November 12, 2000

Thank you very much. My wife and I do enjoy getting news from St. Lucia.

Heriot Barnard - October 29, 2000

Good morning Dawn,

I still look forward to receiving your newsletter every week.

On another matter... you mention in your newsletters quite often, about arts & entertainment. Perhaps I'm not in the right place at the right time, but I never see posters advertising the plays that seem to be very frequently produced on the island. Where is the theater(s) and is there a telephone # that I can call to get information on what's going on?

Another thing; you seem to be involved with the National Trust and outings that they organize. Where can I get more information on this. I've been interested in the Trust ever since I first went to St. Lucia as I believe in the preservation of ones heritage and culture, … Anyway, I am interested in the Trust and would like to know more about it. Do they have a web site?

I will keep reading the newsletters and again, thanks for putting them out.

Ron Frizzle - 24 October 2000

It is good to be able to receive news of what's happening at home. As it is, I miss St. Lucia and feel the need to know what's happening there and your newletter has provided the avenue for me to do so. Thanks for bringing St. Lucia to me and keep up the good work.

Lenester Erickson - October 10, 2000

Hi Dawn,

Just a quick word to express my sincere thanks that you maintain this regular news update on happenings in St. Lucia.
It is nice to read news with a personal touch.
It adds a homely touch to this cold wet environment.
Take care,

Lyndell St. Ville (Glasgow, Scotland) - August 27, 2000

Dawn,

Hello Dawn,

My name is Linda, I live in Germany (close to Munich). Since my first holiday in St. Lucia (1989), I'm a fan of your island. You can not imagine how happy I was when I discovered Radio EOC this February. This is a permanent link to "my" island.
Thank you for your weekly letters. And thanks for your help.
Best Regards,

Linda Lettow (Germany) - July 23, 2000

I enjoy your daily "life" experiences.
They are sometimes very humourous but mostly help me to know what is "really" happening in St. Lucia.

Adrian Rajaram (Canada) - July 05, 2000

I was very happy when I received the first issue of the newsletter. I must say it certainly keeps one up-to-date. I must tell you though, that some sections of it remind me of those gossip programmes in certain American television shows.... I like it. I think it employs a very good inter-mixture of hard and soft news.

Tecla Fontenard (Guyana) - July 03, 2000

I'm not a National, I'm Canadian & I visit your lovely island for a month during the winter and have been doing so for 6 years.

I am always hungry for news about SLU and I can hardly wait each week to receive your newsletter via e-mail.

Congrats on the 1st anniversay of your web site and keep up the excellent work - I know it must be very difficult at times with your work at the NEMO.

Ron (Canada) - June 28, 2000

Congrats on your 1st year anniversary.

Laura Harrow-Elwin (Canada) - June 28, 2000

Congratulations on your anniversary.
Hope you will be around for a good while longer - maybe the next millennium ?!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to say congratulation on the one year that you've been bringing this page to us.
I look forward to it every week, and i do find some of your stories to be rather amusing.

D,
Your newsletter was always excellent. SLU needs more innovative thinkers like you. However, until the GOSL & the people of SLU tackles the education system problems more and more youths will lose their drive to think.
Adrian Rajaram (Canada) - April 26, 2000
Dear Editor,
For quite a while I have been reading your weekly newsletter and have found it quite interesting and entertaining, with above all, a good sense of subtle humour. However having said so, I have been unable to judge the standards by comparing it to other newsletters coming from St. Lucia, untill I recently started receiving newsletters ... , and I must say that your newsletter is far superior in presentation, and Content and I look forward to reading it weekly. Keep up the good work, I am sure many Lucians abroad appreciate this service but dont have the time to write & inform you.
Cyril Chastanet (Bangkok, Thailand) - March 27, 2000
