Tall blond humanoid beings first settled in the Lyran System when they passed through a black hole portal from the Andromeda Galaxy. Other tall blond humanoids left the Lyran system to settle in the Hyades and Pleiades systems. After the Lyran wars, 22 million years ago, portions of the population settled in the Rigel system of the Orion constellation. It was the tall Blond humanoids from Rigel who were the progenitors of Cro-Magnon Man on Earth.

Any apparent alien who is essentially human and Caucasian in appearance, even though sometimes very tall, may be called a Blond. Though many are tall, blond haired and blue eyed, certainly all are not. Even some of the American Indian connection may be considered Blond in origin. There are many factions of these aliens, from different places, with different motivations, though they are generally held to be good-guys.

Here is a sampling of the "knowledge" as gleaned from the notes of Billy Meier: The Pleiadians are part of a federation of civilized worlds that live by the words of an advanced race in the Andromeda Galaxy. This race is so spiritually evolved that they no longer require a physical body. They are almost beings of light energy. The Pleiadians occupy four planets around the sun Taygeta, in the star system designated by Earth scientists as M45.

Their home world is the planet Erra, which is very similar to earth, being only ten percent smaller. Manufacturing processes are confined to other planets, and the four hundred million Pleiadians on Erra live in a utopian world free of pollution, war, hunger, and disease thanks to advanced technology and spiritual awareness. Because the population communicates by telepathy, there is no dishonesty. All basic necessities are provided freely, and anything beyond that is acquired through individual barter. There is no money and, hence, no irrational grasping for wealth and power.

There are no massive cities. The population is spread out across their world, connected by a series of sentient tubeways that not only transport the population but educate and inform them along the way. What government is necessary is provided by a "High Council" composed of the wisest and most evolved Pleiadians. Any changes to their social order must be approved by a vote of the highest percentage of the population.

The Pleiadians appear to be the most spiritually evolved physical human aliens of the Blonds. They appear to be the ones that contacted Billy Meier in Switzerland over a period of many years. This is only concluded based on the depth of information contained in the unedited Meier contact notes. The actual original German notes also exist in transliteral English form which contain all the information, about sixty pages or so more, which represent the Pleiadian alien's carefully laid out indictment of the malevolent alien's intentions, history, evil doings, names, codewords and deeply rooted cultural and religious deception and control programs.

The Pleiadians, who look quite human, state Earthkind is not ready for their advanced technology, need spiritual development, and they request unilateral nuclear disarmament by all Earth governments.

The 'benevolent' Meier-related aliens make it exceedingly clear that the malevolent aliens created organized religions and controlled mass psychology for thousands of years, merely as a means for subjugating, controlling, manipulating and directing Earth's civilization's perceptions, concepts, and behaviors. The 'benevolent' aliens claim that the malevolent aliens did not create the original figures in Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. but DID create, manipulate, warp, and control Earth's subsequently organized religions, but not for the purposes the malevolent aliens state.

The 'benevolent' aliens (Pleiadians) state the aliens from Betelgeuse and their Gizeh Intelligences counterparts (the outpost control group) - also known as the Kamagol II group (Meier), are all effective allies in a very evil strategy to 'take' the Earth for themselves. Some evidence supports the theory the malevolent aliens are using humanity as raw materials for their effective rebirth as a thriving race - they claim to be from a dying planet and 'need' our help. Their intention actually is to subjugate and control humanity covertly, or otherwise overtly if necessary.

The stated intention of the 'benevolent' aliens is only to observe, assist certain especially suited and compliant Earth people to become 'prophets' regarding the whole problem, support Earth independent free-will-based spiritual evolution, execute the 'evacuation' of Earth peoples in certain circumstances, and help to prevent planetary and possible subsequent interplanetary disaster.

The primary mission of the few 'prophets', whom the most important one is Meier according to the benevolent Pleiadians who work with him, is fundamentally to reveal the facts regarding the deeply rooted mass delusion of most religions as a mass control Strategy implemented by the malevolent aliens, reveal the malevolent strategy and tactics, and prepare Earth peoples to be able to have a choice in the matter of what aliens they ally themselves to, and finally to proffer to humanity the true spiritual wisdom that can effectively counteract the delusionary religions which have a virtually invincible grip upon the minds and hearts of most Earth people.

The Pleiadians themselves are not able, by virtue of adherence to certain 'Galactic Laws' of 'restraint and non-interference' in developing planetary cultures, to effect mass contact unless the populace of Earth clearly requested and was ready for it, thus only Meier and a few others are in the position to effect the greatest damage to the malevolent alien strategy.

The humanoids that have been nick-named 'Swedes' are on the average between six and six and a half feet tall. They are from a solar system that revolves around Procyon, a binary yellow-white and yellow star system that rises before Sirius in Canis Minoris (in the body of the Lesser Dog), about 11.4 light years from Earth. They are from the fourth planet in orbit around the Procyon double star system.

A tall Blond from Procyon, known as Khyla, described Blonds in this manner: "Our bodies are muscular, but we have slender necks and agile bodies. Our eyes are alert and of high intelligence. Physically we are almost identical to humans, the main difference being that by human standards our blood circulatory system is under-developed, while our lymphatic system is over-developed. This gives us stronger immune systems than terrestrial humans.

"Some Blonds have high intellectual and verbal abilities, while others are mute and telepathic. The Blonds with speech abilities will respond violently if attacked or threatened. But, the telepathic type will not. Both types are careful to avoid exposure, and usually encounter humans in quiet isolated places. They contact females more frequently. They may just stare and observe humans, then retreat. Blonds were sometimes mistaken for angles in earlier centuries. The Blonds do not seem to age, and consistently appear to be from 27 to 35 human years old, no matter what their real age may be.

"The ancestors of the short Grays were once tall Blonds. The Great War took place. Behold the bitter fruit of victory. The Grays are a genetically damaged species. If terrestrial humans were to survive a nuclear winter, they might well look like that, several generations later. Before the Great War, Rigel was a vast empire, which had been the source of most galactic seeding. All Rigelians were tall Blonds. A colony had already been established on Procyon. The Great War was a civil war of Rigelians versus Rigelians, and lasted three Earth centuries.

"A group of Rigelians who realized that the Great War was about to break out took off for the Procyon colony in crude, clandestinely built ships. At that time, all the sophisticated equipment was owned by the state. They were the only Rigelians to escape the cataclysmic devastation. All those who had remained on Rigel were transformed into the Grays.

"After the Great War, when the Rigelians had become the Grays, it took them thousands of years to reconstruct their society. They were damaged not only genetically and in their glandular systems, but also mentally and psychologically. As soon as the Grays had reconstituted a power base, they launched an attack on the tall Blonds who had escaped to the Procyon colony.

"Although the Blonds of Procyon had been spared the extreme chromosome and glandular damage sustained by those who had stayed behind on Rigel, they did suffer some radiation damage during their warfare with the Grays, which was minor in comparison. However, it is this that has rendered their females vulnerable to a disease that is decimating their numbers.

"Having come in war, but having been unable to obtain any decisive victory, the Greys expressed the desire to make peace. We had not wanted to fight with the survivors of the Rigelian Great War to begin with, and gladly accepted their offer. As time went by, they said that they wished to normalize relations and be our friends. We were in doubt as to whether it would be safe to trust them, and debated the issue for a long time. Then finally, we decided that we should trust them, as they were the only surviving remnant of our original ancestral stock, though deformed by the misfortunes they had endured.

"The Greys began to visit us, first a few as ambassadors, then as specialists in various domains where their expertise could be useful to us, as participants in different programs that developed which involved mutual collaboration, and finally as tourists. What had begun as a trickle became a flood, as they came in ever-increasing numbers. Slowly, they infiltrated our society at all levels, penetrating even the most secret of our elite groups.

"The one secret that remained beyond their grasp, because the part of their brain that was capable of understanding its subtle complexities had atrophied during the nuclear winter that had caused the mutation of their species, was our ability to travel through time. How then did we fail to foresee the fatal mistake we were making when we first let them in?

"They began by unobtrusively gaining control over key members of our society through techniques unknown to us, such as telepathic hypnosis that manipulates the reptilian levels of the brain. They established a kind of telepathic hypnotic control over our leaders and over almost all of us, because we were under a spell that was leading us to our doom, as if we were being programmed by a type of magic that we did not realize existed.

"Just as a few of the original tall Blonds clandestinely left Rigel when the Great War was about to break out, so did a few of the original tall Blonds clandestinely leave Procyon. They escaped into the corridors of time just before the Greys completed their slow takeover of Procyon. Those who stayed behind came under the total domination of the Greys.

"After what happened to Procyon, no true Blond would collaborate voluntarily with the Greys. The Greys have taken some prisoners of war, who have no choice in the matter, and are forced to work with them in order to survive, with the hope of escaping. There are also a few Blonds who have become degenerate renegades, space pirates and mercenaries who sell their services to the highest bidder.

"But many of us remain free, and continue the fight to the finish with the life form that has become our hereditary enemy. We choose to remain in exile in the corridors of time, where they cannot reach us, rather than to live under the domination of the insidious Greys. It is dangerous for us to venture forth from the corridors of time, but occasionally we do so for hit-and-run strikes, similar in nature to a cosmic version of terrestrial guerrilla warfare.

"What I have come here to communicate, if only to one or two people or to a small group, is that what happened to our culture, is also in the process of happening to yours. It is the same fate that our own culture suffered. And the Blonds that you see with the Greys are either hybrids, clones, or prisoners of war because no true Blond who got out untouched, unscathed, uncrossed with those Greys would ever be with them. He or she would prefer to be in a state of nonexistence.

"Humanity is not about to be invaded. Humanity is not in the middle of an invasion. Humanity has been invaded! The invasion has taken place, and is nearly in its final stages. Great invasions do not happen with thundering smoke and nuclear weaponry. That is the mark of an immature society. Great invasions happen in secrecy.

"The tall Blonds from Procyon have a benign attitude toward humanity, except for their strong disapproval of our inhumanity to each other. This strong disapproval is further intensified by our government having made a secret alliance with their hereditary enemies, in order to obtain even more destructive weapon systems than those already in existence. Our government is not interested in negotiating with the Procyonians, as they would not provide us with weapon systems...

"The Procyonians tune in on us telepathically to vicariously experience our emotions... The Procyonian motivation is to trace and fully understand the biological and psychological ramifications of these emotions. Their motivation for breeding with humans is to tune up the frequency of our species, in order to help us to help ourselves. Their concern is for the well being of all forms of life, not just humanity. The entire biosphere will benefit if we fulfill our positive potential, instead of self-destructing and destroying our planet's biosphere in the process."

The Procyonian basic purpose: The Law of One is service to others. They feel that All That Is will benefit if man can develop as a true social memory complex, i.e., an aligned mass consciousness or integrated biospheric entity. To them, 5 billion beings integrated as One "awareness of Awareness" Unit in Creation is a natural State. Each separate entity still maintains the individual unique nature, which is the sum total of its integrated experiences, its basic differentiated identity as a spiritual entity aware of its immortality despite the use of an organic genetic entity (body).

Khyla, stated: "What I want to get across to you is that the ultimate evil, which underlies all the negativity in the cosmos, finds expression in that masked form of psychological complacency which leads an individual to adhere to a group philosophy rather than to think things through for oneself.

"Those who feel safe and comfortable in no matter what belief system merely because many others adhere to it, who get together and form an arrogant self-righteous group convinced it has a monopoly on the truth, and who are ready to persecute, kill or stifle anyone who challenges that group's philosophy, have formed an alliance with the ultimate evil, whether they know it or not. It is the self righteousness and implacability of certain elite power groups like the CIA and the KGB, certain organized religions, and certain so-called lunatic fringe groups such as some of the more fanatical Star People, which are so objectionable...

"As soon as you become involved in a belief system that you are a "chosen" special group, who are as lords over the common folk because of your secret knowledge, you are on your way to a fall. That type of attitude plants the seed of destruction in any society or culture, leaving it vulnerable to overthrow by those oppressed within its boundaries, as well as by outside forces. All cultures who have elite groups at odds with each other, and with the population at large, sooner or later collapse from either internal or external pressures.

"A healthy organism does not encapsulate portions of itself off that cease to interchange freely with other portions of its body. This type of condition is a prelude to cancer, whether it occurs in an individual or in a society. The only chance of retaining your freedom is for the awareness of this principle to penetrate the consciousness of humanity. It is a pearl of wisdom treasured by those who have attained the ability to travel through time and other life cycles.

"I have seen civilizations rise and fall, begin again only to die again, over and over and over. It isn't only a problem of this planet. It's a problem that must be faced by all civilizations in the course of their development, no matter where they may be located in the cosmos. Everyone wants that slightly larger piece of the pie than their neighbor for themselves, and eventually this tendency always culminates in choking them.

"Sooner or later this will be the undoing of the Grays as well, thereby enabling us to return in triumph from our exile in the corridors of time. The Grays do not see and are incapable of understanding their own fundamental error: that the very weakness they seize upon in humanity is their own inherent weakness, the blind spot that inevitably seals their doom.

A highly evolved being, known as Ramtha, described the Interdimentional entities in this manner:] "Now, to begin with, there are interstellar. Know you of interstellar? Working with light. There is inter-dimensional and there are simply those who are here and now entities and their craft. And yes, there is an interdimensional craft that exists in another time frame, in another vibration. And, it does materialize here out of nowhere, into another dimension. And, the craft is needed because, in this dimension it has everything to do with time, distance, and space and linear thought. Therefore, the craft is needed for propelling distance.

"Interstellar. There are entities coming from the Seven Sisters, that is termed the Pleiadian System. There is a greater force of entities coming from the Andromeda. Now, these are inter-stellar entities who go in light. And yet, their craft, they have the ability to go hyper-light, which is beyond what light is conceived of in your physics. So, in only a matter of moments, they can be here from an entirely different star system.

"These entities are very beautiful. They are entities that are lithely built. They are very thin. They are illuminated in light. They are very tall. They tower at eight and ten feet in your height and look like giants. In mythology, they were referred to as the Winged Gods. Those are my people.

"Now, they do not live on foodstuffs. Their biological system is based entirely different than your genetic system based on negative, positive polarized energy that creates life force. Theirs is based upon a magnetism and the magnetism is made up of light. These entities display an embodiment that is magnetized in light. They do not eat. They gain knowledge. They live off of prona. Prona being an ancient term meaning truth.

"Their appearance in the past has been called angels. Gabriel is from these people. Michael is from these people. These have been called angels. And these, in particular, are the entities that are working with the Ram. They are the white light. Their craft is illuminated greater than ten thousand suns. They are penetrating in thought. They can reach you in thought, in a moment. They have a precarious way of being stationary in a very large object in their dimension and they have the ability to look down through vibrations, and watch you as closely as I see you this moment. For, no matter where they are, they observe you...

"Yes, they are angels. But, they are like you, highly advanced souls. Souls and spirit, they do posses. But, they live the soul and spirit. There is no image that binds the spirit. That is why they are illuminated. Are they evolving? Absolutely. Evolving, indeed. Not in a linear process, but a discovery of taking the soul and turning it inside out and living it.

"They are beautiful beyond description. Truly. You shadow fragments of that beauty. They have taken care of you because you truly are their brothers. And, in deed, their sisteren. Because you all came from the same source. You were all created in light. You all posses it. It is the common bond between you. It's just their evolution became very rapidly in involution. An involution. They went through the seven [dimensions of] understandings and back again. They went very rapidly...

"Now, there is a very great ship, great ship in your terms. It's called the Mother Ship. A most appropriate term. It does exist. It slides by night invisible because it's exterior has been created to be invisible simply by the metal that it is made out of. It looks black. But, when it passes in front of the moon, it blocks out the entire eastern portion of the sky at night.

"That ship houses Gods, the great ones, my people. Now, if it was to light up, it would be the sun illuminated 10,000 times and you would not be able to look upon it with these eyes of yours. And, it's here in your stratosphere. It has been over this very place that we are sitting in. It has moved quietly, stealthily. Your government is aware of its presence. It is ominous to them.

"This ship has warriors that would defy your imagination and it has Gods that would define the term beauty. And, it is of legend that it has a sting like a scorpion from above. That, in a moment, it can blast a continent to the bottom of the sea. In a moment, with one of its lights, it would rotate this continent and send it spinning in orbit. In a moment, it would take this world of yours and turn it upside down. In a moment. Now, do you really, seriously think your aircraft, bombers, ha, ha, ha. Seriously, do you think that? It was that ship that blasted Sodem and Gamora off the face of the Earth. In one blast. And, it didn't take anything to do that. And yet, this great guardian is my people. Those are the Gods...

"This great ship is called Miria Amour, Miria Amour. It means the silver light. That's what it means in your terms, if you wish to define it. And, some of you are going to see it. It's already arranged. I want you to look upon power and I want you to be in awe, because I want you to know that you are connected with it. And, if you can do that, that will do a lot to aspire you on in consciousness. So be it.

"Now, that ship is here partly because of the disease of this planet. It is here because of the collapse of consciousness of civilization on this planet. It is here also because of the changes that are going to occur on this planet. And, it is here also because of another force that is engaged here on this planet. That ship has also aspired, in the past, other profits. It has aspired to do wonderful things, to preserve seeds of people. It's truth and it's words have been misused, misconstrued, and taken to use by powerful men to enslave people. And, it's been allowed. But, the ship is back for truth and I'm its profit. So be it."

"The ones, in particular, that we are going to be talking about are the ones beyond the North Star. And, the ones beyond the North Star are the Pleiadian and the Andromeda. And, the Andromeda, though it is inter-stellar, it is also inter-dimensional. Those are my people...

"These beings, that are my brothers, that are also genetically part of each of you here, have been your overseers upon civilizations, upon civilizations, upon civilizations. They are threaded through mythology and legends that have survived some civilizations. Their coming and goings have been recorded, astoundingly so. They are responsible for the children being led out of Egypt. They are responsible for Buddha climbing the wall. They are responsible for Mohammed and Gabriel. They are responsible for human evolution and keeping it from collapsing upon itself.

"There are not too many of you in this audience who have seen them. But, in the days to come, they are going to be seen. There are not too many of you who could look upon their continence and not be effected forever by it. There is not too many of you who could look upon them. What is at the end of your sentence? Period.

"Now, why have they sort of protected you from your own evolution? Because there have been times in your civilization that your evolution has come, by a fragment, to an end. That, so powerful are you in consciousness, that you have the ability to collapse that consciousness upon you and end awareness. They have interceded over, and over, and over again. Continuously pulling you out of your loins and your wombs. Continuously pulling you away from your single minded power and tyranny. Continuously pulling you away from your absolute, absolute insistence upon being ignorant. They have pulled you away from annihilating yourselves.

"Why? Because they love you. Because that, which Constitute you, outside of this body that you wear, consciousness, is a Great Spirit and a soul and that spirit connects you to forever, and ever, and ever. And, it is the love that binds that keeps you going forward. That's why they do it.

"I cannot begin to name to you... your civilizations and evolved evolutions, that how many have lived here much more advanced than you, that have destroyed themselves through decadence. Destroyed them selves through power through the releasing of the atom. Yes, matter. Breaking it up. Their laws and remnants and memories lie at the bottom of the ocean or they are being refined as molten rock.

"And, how many people were salvaged from that absolute destruction that the seeds of which sit in this audience? How can a whole civilization be put asunder and yet another one live? Because you have big brothers, and sisteren, who have taken care to make sure that you go forward. That you do not collapse upon your self. And so, they have been your caretakers and guardians, yes, for a long time.

"They are the ones who are responsible for the green explosions in your atmosphere that continuously are there to neutralize the poisons that, had they not, long ago this Earth would be surrounded in a black shroud and there wouldn't be any life here. Your insistence upon polluting the air. It will go somewhere. It will go behind the sun. It doesn't go anywhere. It envelops life.

"And, they have been responsible for a few remarkable human beings. They are, in part, responsible for setting up the ancient schools of wisdom. They have been the teachers in the ancient school of wisdom. They have been responsible for kidnapping, seducing away, certain individuals and opening them up and giving to them the waters of life and returning them back to civilization to teach a truth.

"Now, you say to me, 'then why don't they simply do it themselves?'. This is where the linear difficulty comes in. Why couldn't I take all your brains out, throw them into the water, heat it up to boiling, and burn away all of the ignorance? Why couldn't I just drill a hole in your head and send the wind through to clean it out? Why couldn't I just stick it in, turn it on, and play intelligence to you? Why couldn't I just do that to you and save you the trouble and me the frustration?

"Because there is one great law and that is the law of the will and free expression, termed free will. It's an ancient term... You have to evolve according to your will and it is respected. And, that will must evolve according to it's own understanding. That's why they stay hidden in the clouds and far away. They give you seeds of truth that will inspire and aspire you to greatness, to start thinking, to be an individual. Because that allows you to evolve to where they are. Then, you can communicate...

"Now, we have done a lot through your historical civilizations and a lot of you are aware of it. And, some have given credit to the wind, which is where it belongs. And, have preserved you up until this time in truth. I came back here, and bringing a legion with me, for preservation, truth, a harmonizing, equalizing God human being, for all of the times that are coming. When I anointed you with that oil that ran into your eye or greased up your palms, you became my people. I anointed you. You are contact through my house. You are in my consciousness and that is a consciousness of preservation. That is an alien preservation. It's called the Gods.

"So, you've been secured for a great reason. Truth. To have an opportunity to finish out your evolution and I'll drive you all the way home. And, you're going to have an opportunity to see my people, my beautiful people. And, to see their light and their vehicles. Because they are the ones who will sit and you will observe them. And, they are the great intimidators. Intimidators of ignorance, that is."
