About Us

Ed and I live on 15 acres in southern Lincoln county, Missouri with our kids, Shannon and Mike. We moved here from Webster Groves in 1991 and began the long journey of restoring a 135 year old farm house. We also purchased our first Lab, a gorgeous black female named Ace’s Montana Rainbeau. Immediately, we learned what a wonderful breed the Labrador is. Montana quickly became the love of our lives. I’ll be the first to admit, I started out breeding Montana with very little knowledge and was just another "backyard breeder". After my first litter, I was determined to learn how to do it right. I set out to learn all I could about the breed and what was needed to maintain the high quality and sound temperament in future generations.
