"Could I get a little more information about this property? What is the "lots" of work it needs? Is it empty right now so that I might do a drive-by?"
She replied:
It is vacant. It is currently owned by a banking company. The water and electric are shut off and will not be turned back on. The property is in a good location, a short distance from Montpelier, across from the Wrightsville Reservoir. It is being sold "as is". It is a reconstruction/rehab project. It is a mobile home with an addition. We have had a lot of interest in this, however, it does not qualify for conventional mortgages which is difficult for most people. You are welcome to do a drive by, feel free to drive up the driveway. Its on Rt 12 outside of Montpelier and has our Real Estate Sign at the bottom of the driveway.
