L.O.L. #561 is located at Pierces Corners, Marlborough township, Carleton county, Ontario. A review of the lodge documents which survive identifies many of the members of the lodge, all of whom were inhabitants of the community, some as early as 1863. This summary is of the significant elements of the earliest lodge records. This photo is of the lodge building in 2002, about thirty years after it had ceased to be used for lodge purposes and after it had received many modifications in converting it to a residence.
