Our exhibition takes place on the 24th and 25th of October 2009, REDHILL SCHOOL, MORNINGSIDE, SUMMIT ROAD OFF RIVONIA ROAD 10 A.M. TO 5 P.M.
VOLUNTEERS
Setting up will take place from 11 am on Friday the 23rd of October, for SETTING UP ONLY, models can only be brought in using a vehicle from 3 pm onwards. Hand carried models can be brought in before this time.
Please assist by arriving early to assist with electrical cables, table arrangement and table covering.
There is always plenty to do and not enough time to do it.

Make sure that your transformers and any other electrical items are safe and earthed.
If you have extension leads, check these also so that we can operate without power failures.
The guilds extensive collection of cables and multiplugs will be available but if you have yours please bring them in case we run short.
ADVERTISING
As mentioned before, advertising is of paramount importance. Posters, Handouts and bumper stickers will be available at the next meeting.
