A cartoon in the French weekly "Le Canard Enchaine" has the press asking Bush "Why are you so concerned with Saddam Hussein now, and not Osama Bin Laden any more?" Bush replies "Well, we know where to find Saddam Hussein".
And now the new "muscular" US foreign policy. Ugh! It's enough to make one... well, what SHOULD we do about it?
