Guilty Solitude
Guilty solitude closing in,
memories eating away from the inside,
making me suffer for my sin.
Emotions like atoms collide,
full negative charge,
happiness only a mirage.
It is all my fault,
as your heart goes back in it's vault,
I didn't mean to hurt you,
I didn't want to love you,
I didn't want to need you,
now your gone what can I do,
except dance with guilty solitude.
All she was, was temptation,
and now I've eaten the fruit,
I cannot get rid of the bitter taste,
it wasn't worth lost perfection.
Cupid, his arrow did shoot,
all we had, what a waste,
I didn't mean to make you cry,
I wish I could die,
I wish I could catch the sky,
so I could always see you,
never miss a thing you do,
now your gone what can I do,
except dance with guilty solitude.
