Tears Of Yesterday
To the darkness inside
That we try to hide,
Personal emotional genocide,
Falling off stability's mountainside;
Take hold of my helping hand,
Fly with me to the Promised Land,
Sunbathe with time and it's sand,
Find the understanding word, and,
Enter into a perfect day,
Watch problems float away,
Pain, a passed failed essay,
Drowning in the tears of yesterday.
