The Baron

Start Time: 11-50

Finish Time: 12-00

Written for: Trevor and Jim

Subject Chosen: Tobacco Barons

Trevor and Jim are a couple of men that drink in a Pub that I used to work at, and they at the time bought their tobacco from a carrier bag not over a shop counter.
It is that time of year again,

when the budget brings us pain,

fags and beer go up some more,

striking our wallets to the core,

fags costing you too much in the shops,

so he risks the wrath of the cops,

to bring tobacco home to you,

at a price that will not make you blue,

the media call him The Baron,

sending our economy into oblivion,

to you and me, he is the man we see,

when we need to save some money,

if the prices were not so high,

then perhaps we not try,

tax to evade and the law defy.
