The objectives of the UGATP are in concert with the goals of the Department of Physical Education, the College of HPERD, and Temple University. The program is designed to meet the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs (CAAHEP). The Department accepts the responsibility of keeping up-to-date with current standards and criteria which affect the program and respective students. The Department and UGATP are committed to exceeding the minimum standards which determine accreditation.
