Sweet Potato Casserole
This recipe is a family favorite at the holidays!  My mom, Cindy, brought this one home only a few years ago, but we've been making it ever since.  The best thing about this recipe is that it can be considered both a main course and a dessert!
Ingredients
4 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed. (Canned is fine, but drain)
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
Topping
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preparation
Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter together with electric mixer until smooth.  Poor into buttered 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Mix all topping ingredients together by hand until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
