If you've never had a bowl of Red Smith's brunswick stew, then you're really missing out on a special treat. That stuff in local barbeque stands doesn't hold a candle to this recipe! For years Red carried the recipe in his head, but he finally wrote it down a few years ago. Now his family, dubbed the Stew Crew, are learning to make the stew, and it's a wonderful experience!
