Megadeth's breakthrough album, released by Capitol Records in '85, which happened to be right when their rival, Metallica broke out into the scene with Master of Puppets. David Mustaine was scavengering for a band and a band name for revenge against Metallica.
And so, Megadeth was born. With Dave Mustaine on lead guitar, Dave Ellefson on bass, Chris Poland on rhythm guitar, and Gar Samuelson on the drums. And with the birth of the best metal band in the world, came their first album, Killing is my Business...and Business is Good!! |
