This was a torrent download of a 2 DVD version, however the VHS was captured and authored on a DVD recorder, you CAN NOT improve the video quality by taping it on to a DVD recorder no matter how high you set the Video and audio bitrates.
This is what the torrent uploader said:
"This is a nice Pro-Shot from Joshua Tree Tour. Quality is good - very good, look at the screenshots to check it out. In a few tracks the image has an error,
you can see a small horizontal line from left to right side."
It was NOT "good-very good" I have tapes from 1984 in great condition. I re-author nearly ALL dvd's I torrent or trade. Why you ask? Because I can make them better. Check out the before and after shots after the RUSS-TV! remaster the DVD:
