Physical Description and Characteristics: Leo is a fairly athletic Tom-Kat. 
His fur is deep red. Leo's eyes are crystal blue. His hair is coal black. When 
he isn't doing his best to stop the evils of Megakat City, he wears jean shorts 
and button up shirts. When he is his alter-ego "Burst" takes action he wears the 
regular uniform like everyoneelse. He can hack almost any computer system. 
As Leo he is very cocky and abit of a goof off, but he will help if it is needed while as 
Burst he is veryserious but just as cocky. He tends to view life as one big party unless of
course he is working. He is claustrophobic. He carries a bayonet, an ice gun
given to him by McGrath, and a Magnum.

Special Relationships: Best friend to Magnus Arme and Osiris Gwavu.

Past History: Leo was born in Megakat city and lived there all his life. He lived with his
mother until he was 19. His parents divorced when he was 2. His father lived
on the outskirts of Megakat city while his mother lives deep in the city. He
was taught how to shoot his first gun when he was only 11 years old. He has
full training as a munitions expert. He went to high school with Osiris. He
graduated high school at the age of 17.

Present History: Leo now lives in an average size apartment deep in Megakat City. Leo also
owns a local weapons shop.
