Physical Description and Characteristics:   Most of her body is covered in silky white fur except for a few exceptions. Her lower arms, lower legs, ears, 1/3 of her tail and around her right eye is a mixed black-gray color. She has a full head of golden blonde hair that goes just past her shoulders, with a slight curl on the end. Her bangs and the center of her fringe is a bright red. (Self dyed). Her eyes are a deep blue mixed with green (Aqua). She has 2 earrings in each ear. She is slim to look at but built. Very feminine look. She mostly wears clothes that show her figure, e.g. Jeans and semi-tight tops. She likes to wear big boots like Rossi and Doc. Martins. But when she's at work, she wears appropriate clothes, e.g. suit and skirt. Doesn't have a particular hair style, mostly up in a plain pony tail or down. She nearly always has her colored bangs in front of her ears. 
Very outgoing. Will walk up to you and say 'Hi' before you would to her. Very kind and caring but can quite easily loose her temper. She has a great outlook on life. One saying describes the way she lives her life Live everyday as if it is your last. She makes the most of each day. She is also a lover of music and dance.

Past History: Born and raised in a small town just out of Megakat City. Her mother got divorced when Sandy was 2 so she was raised by her father and older sister. Her father started teaching her Kick Boxing at age of 4, he wanted her to have some sort of defense when she moved to the city. Her sister gave her a half heart necklace (she kept the other half) before she ran away when Sandy was 16. She was never found. She did primary school in her home town but moved on to Megakat City to graduate from High and College. She started Law school when she was 18 and graduated at the age of 22, a fully qualified Kat Relations Officer (like a detective). Sandy joined the MBI because she thought with her skills, she might be able to help, even if it is only a little.

Present History: Sandy lives in a small apartment building in the center of Megakat City. She has a part-time job at the local TAFE, teaching a Kick Boxing class plus she is attending an Arts and Dance course in her spare time.
