Physical Description and Characteristics: caramel fur, chest-length orange-red hair and dark brown eyes. Her casual dress code consists of jeans and a regular shirt. Wears her Enforcer uniform while on duty. Any free time she gets, Jessie usually spends it at Enforcer Headquarters firing range or in the gym. She hates paperwork and she’d rather go out and get herself into danger rather than doing it. Knows the true identities of the SWAT Kats and stands up for them. Loves to carry at least one handgun with her at all times. Jessie is one she-kat who doesn’t like to see her twin brother, Jake, and her friends and partner(s) hurt or injured, and especially if they are hurt because of her which is usually the case since she tends to be reckless and a daredevil at times. She often puts her life on the line in order to save a friend’s or partner’s life, not thinking that she could loose her own at any given time.

Special Relationships: Twin sister to former Enforcer Jake Clawson

Past History: Born in Megakat City, Jessie Clawson grew up in a life with ease. The game of Enforcers as a kitten was a rough draft later to become a final project she and her twin brother, Jake, would write. They joined the Enforcer academy at an early age, soon to meet Chance Furlong during their rookie years. Life was to take a sharp twist along the line as Jessie was to witness her brother's expulsion from the Enforcers along with his partner, Chance, for an incident they did not cause. Left to continue her years as an Enforcer alone, Jessie became Lt. Felina Feral's partner and weapons officer a short time later. Her sure-shot style of shooting was perhaps inherited from her brother, thus earning her the title of her mission code name.

Present History: Jessie Clawson continues to be Lt. Feral's partner. Even though, Felina is Jessie’s partner, Jessie likes to do missions solo since she doesn’t want anyone hurt. Her willingness to help the MBI has made her a current and important ally to the bureau. She’s shy around the male population in Megakat City, but despite that she does her job well. Rarely seen off duty, Jessie has her twin brother’s awesome aim as well as great pilot skills. Both of those things and the fact that she would stop at nothing to see justice done have earned her a good reputation around the Enforcer Headquarters and in the city. Jessie Clawson takes her job seriously, at times even more seriously than she should.
