Physical Description and Characteristics:   Moishe is a white Siberian Tiger who has bluish silver eyes. Because of spending the last 10 years at the Terran Academy, his fur has become pitch black. His glowing eyes are the only exception to his. He dresses in his Terran uniform, which consists of a navy blue coat and light brown pants with no shoes. He also wears a pointy hat. Usually quiet, Moishe tends to stutter when he speaks and is not quick to anger. When he does get angry though, he tends to channel anything else that has annoyed him and can become violent.

Special Relationships: None 

Past History: Born in Megakat City, Moishe lived with his parents until the age of 16, when he was privately contacted by Terran Academy after taking a seemingly anonymous test at MKHS. Forced to sever all contacts shortly after, Moishe was escorted to the Academy. There he was taught to use dormant abilities, but to much disappointment of the heads at Terran, these did not amount to much. Ridiculed, Moishe stormed out of the Academy to find the one thing that would let him become more powerful than anyone there.

Present History: Presently, Moishe's exact location is unknown but Terran officials believe he has fled to back MKC and have passed this information on to the local officials. Enforcers have been told to keep a look out for him and retrieve him dead or alive.
