Physical Description and Characteristics:   Light-to-medium build, physically fit, almost muscular. Wears dark clothing, brown fedora w/black hat band, brown trench coat. Standard orange-brownish fur color. No other outstanding physical features. 
**Weapons: Two .38 Magnums. Is good with a variety with standard weaponry, but not officially trained (would not be familiar with military equipment). 
**Viewpoints: Criminals disgust him, criminals of any sort. He'd go after jaywalkers if there weren't bigger fish to fry. Favorite saying: "That's the price for justice." And no price is too high. Prefers to work alone, but fights for justice in any way. As for good...well, to him, justice is good. His justice. If you agree with his justice, then you're good too. If not, then stay out of the way, or you're part of the problem. Lastly, Joshua is not self-absorbed...just overly self-reliant.

Past History:  Vigilante. Does things his own way, to the benefit of his own version of justice...the standard vigilante's cause, one too many people he knew got hurt...then his family killed because some gang-bangers torched the wrong house...and so, he decided to go beyond neighborhood watch. This continues for 10 years, up to the present. Joshua is *very* good at what he does.

Present History: Recently, Joshua's version of justice has not been very good to the citizens of his home city...sometimes wreaking havoc, even causing some citizens their lives..."That is the price of justice." Having caused one "incident" too many, the local authorities chased him out of the city instead of prosecuting, simply because Joshua *did* get the bad guys in the end. Looking for a new home, he eventually finds himself in a city with enough problems of its own...
