Physical Description and Characteristics: Todd is an Albino Labrador. He is fairly tall and 
slightly built. His *normal* body is completely covered in a silky, white fur. His hair 
on his head is short, but with a longer fringe and bangs. It is also white. Todd has 2 
different colored eyes, His left is a pink and his right is a bright blue. Parts of Todd's 
body are robotic (see history). These parts are:

*His right leg, from the knee down.
*His left arm, from the elbow down,
*His right arm, completely.
*And the right half of his face.
Todd normally is seen wearing a pair of radiant red, spandex type shorts. But, he will 
dress in disguises if necessary. He also has 3 earrings in his left ear. 2 studs and one 
ring.

Abilities: His right robotic arm is equipped with an energy cannon, which he doesn't hesitate to use. With the aid of his robotic leg, he is able to leap to tremendous heights. He also knows a bit of self-defense, and he loves one-on-one combat. His Virus also allows him to take complete control of any electronic or computerized object near him.

Characteristics: Todd used to have a very positive out look on life. He always seemed to be happy, but also a little shy. A very sweet personality. Every since the virus (see history), his attitude has completely flipped. He is negative, stubborn and has a permanent temper. He would rather blast your head off, than talk it out. He can also control his temper and blend in with the crowd if necessary. E.g., Avoiding the MBI or Enforcers. Sometimes the virus in his electronic brain will slip up and he will get his old personality back. This usually only lasts for a brief period.

Special Relationships: None

Past History: Todd was raised on a different continent to MegaKat City. When he finished his University studies, 
he travelled to MegaKat City. He had a major in electronic/robotics, so he was in search of a job with robots. 
He eventually met up with Prof. Hackle. Todd worked with the Prof. until he was 22. This is when the accident happened. 
Todd was on his own in the lab, checking for viruses in the computers. Somehow, a virus had taken over one computer 
and blew it up. Todd was caught in the blast. When the Prof. found him, he knew that the only way to save him was to 
robotisize him. (Like he did with the Metallikats). After the procedure, Todd pulled out fine. A few weeks later, the Prof. 
noticed that Todd had actually changed. His attitude had completely changed. The Prof. narrowed it down to the virus that 
caused the explosion. Todd ended up leaving the Prof. in fear of hurting him.

Present History: Todd's virus (Shift) has now taken complete control of him and is causing havoc in MegaKat City.
