Miscellaneous description
Powell is a carefree, careless mouse spirit who prefers to go straight to the battle without planning his next move. In missions he tries to find the monster quickly, so he can "...fight the monster, get over with the mission, and go on with [his] life."

Appearances
Almost every Eto Rangers episode known to man.

Highlights
(Episode: "The Mouse's Wedding") Powell responds to the evil lizard's threats and refuses to fight, fearing for Kelly's life. He chooses to be whipped instead, showing an aspect of Powell out of the ordinary--not only does he not immediately proceed to fighting, but this situation also shows his concern for his teammates... especially for #4.

Developments after the series
Powell should give second thoughts to his attitude. After all, he would have difficulty adjusting to the socio-political changes Murgen is going through after the averted catastrophe. He has difficulty forgiving Shaokaola, and accepting her as a thirteenth member.

Name analysis
(Filipino Dubbed) Lord Robert Baden-Powell was the founder of the Scouting movement, and the first to train boy scouts. This reference could imply several of Powell's qualities being similar to that of an ideal boy scout.
(Japanese) Bakuretsumaru translated simply means "explosive circle", and quantifies Powell's arrogance and haste. The "maru" part of the name is also common among boy samurai and ninja characters.

Fun stuff
