Who is Greg Suran, you ask? Greg Suran was originally a guitarist/singer in a band called The Cupcakes. Members of The Cupcakes included Matt Walker, Preston Graves, Solomon Snyder, and Greg Suran. The band was eventually signed to DreamWorks, and in March of 2000, The Cupcakes released their self-titled debut album. As it turns out, though, DreamWorks eventually dropped The Cupcakes from their label. It seems as though The Cupcakes are no more... but y'never know... maybe they'll return... someday.
Nowadays, Greg Suran can be found working for the Goo Goo Dolls as their backup guitarist and mandolin player. Sometimes, he also provides backup vocals during the show. One thing is for sure... this man is talented! |
