So, I had heard about this radio station that was giving away FREE tickets to a private Goo Goo Dolls show in Chicago. Some tickets were to be given out at Noon on Thursday November 20, to the first 50 people in line at a U.S. Cellular location. I was just like, WTF??? Chicago is just as far as Detroit... just in the opposite direction! So Mandy and I planned a mini-road trip! Smart... very smart... |

5:30am-
Mandy and I hit the road. Ok... actually, we PLANNED to hit the road at 5:30, but it was more like 6am. We mapped out a plan, and actually made it to Chicago without getting lost! Or pulled over... |

8am Chicago time-
OOPS! Did we forget to account for the time change? Yeah, we were pretty darn early! Amazingly enough, we weren't the first people in line!
Noon-
We were finally given our tickets, and it was time to high-tail it back to Michigan for our quickly approaching music performance exam... |
