I had this ugly couch in my basement box of miniatures that I basically discarded for so many years, but now I'm attempting new things so I decided to try something with it. (I forgot to take a picture before I ripped it to pieces, lol but you can imagine how it looked). *Notice the ugly yellow stain on the back? Realllly elegant, eh?* |

I covered both pieces in leather (purchased at a thrift
store in Florida for around $5)... Can I tell you how much I hate sewing?
I bled only once, but still, such a tedious process!

Then I attached the pieces. Mind you, first-timer at
this so I was basically guessing as I went along. I looked very closely
to where the steams were on the pink couch and tried to mirror what they
did. The leather was thicker though, so it was a little harder, but I
tried to plan out everything as well as I could before actually doing
anything..

The couch in the house in front of the fireplace! This
picture has everything I made: fireplace, staircase, couch, window frames,
floor, wall treatment!
