I didn't take pictures at the beginning so this is as early as I have. I chose to make my house blue because: (1) my favorite color is blue (dark, however) and (2) my real house is blue - actually much like this shade. So I didn't get real creative with it.

After months of neglect, I began working on the porch...

Construction is not my forte but I was glad to have most of it done by now. I actually altered what the real house looks like, I made the second-story porch a little wider than that had. I like it like this, it works for me!

For the most part, I'm done! I didn't add the stairs because I didn't want them to break off. I've been moving my house around in my room, I don't actually have a space to work on this so I didn't want to deal with the little stairs. I guess my owners need to jump or crawl to get on the porch. Suckers! haha I also didn't add the chimney. I personally didn't care for the look. I also added the brick to the bottom, I liked that extra touch.
