This room is in the attic, so obviously dealing with
painting all the weird angels was a pain. I decided to make a texture
room so I used some left-over materials for making stone (for a fireplace)
and covered the walls with it.

This took several coats of paint. I used a nice sage
green color to match the bed that I had (given to me by my Grandma who
actually won it from a miniature store! Thanks Grandma, hehe).

A couple weeks later I got to working on the floor.
I made it over a two-day span (thanks to "The Shield" for amusing
me while I did this tedious job! and again to my grandparents for sending
me the sticks - coffee stirrers, technically). I stained using an "oak"
finish - the same as I used for the entry way and the baby room/office.

More items added. Description of the items: the bed,
as I said, I got from my grandma. I made: the little duck on the bed (using
pom-poms), the three pictures on the wall, the flowers (the 'vase' is
a bead), the perfume on a mirror tray, the flip-flips, the candy (in a
gold press-on), and the newspaper. The vanity I had in a box of miniatures
but don't recall where I got it. The gum-ball machine in the corner I
got in Florida.

More items. Description: the dresser I bought and stained
to try and match the dark furniture already present. I made: the candles
on a mirror (with green dried plants), the flowers in a small planter,
the dog blanket, and the chair in the corner. The dog I bought at a miniature
store in Florida. And the hat came with a set that I got for cheap.
