First I gathered my materials. The base I got from A.C.
Moore - a plaque of some sort. I also got the sticks there; a thicker
stick from my other floors. It was harder to cut them but I worked it
out. And my scissor-cutters I got from Grandpa, thanks much! ;) I've use
them a lot in my projects...

The floor has been laid down, now time for sanding and
then staining!

Sheesh I sanded this thing like crazy! I like my floors
baby-butt soft! hehe I chose to stain it a darker color than previous
floors I've made. This floor was stained with "Dark Walnut"
(the other floors are done with "Golden Oak"). I think it turned
out pretty nice. I haven't decided whether or not I'm going to try and
add walls (maybe a couple for the back).

This isn't the final product but I thought I'd just
play around with some of the stuff I have to see how it turns out ;) I
still would like a small rug (dark colors) to divide the space a little.
Plus, was hoping to make a "spirit board" and a "crystal
ball." We'll see!

Again, I'm just playing around with the scene a little.
I still need to figure out how to make walls, without them I think it
will feel less room-like. Maybe I could just put it in a room box or something
(glass or glass-like would be preferred). No idea yet. Anyway, I didn't
add too much more besides the obvious cupboard [I found it in storage],
a few extra little "potions" on the floor by the Book of Shadows
[I made; jars bought at A.C Moore], and some candles on the shelf [made
using hot glue-can be found on the xtras
page]. I also included a wooden bowl filled with "water" (clear
Gallery Glass). The bottom shelves hold potion labels, Tarot cards and
a single candle on a silver holder.
