KASAMA Consultants’ Cooperative is in its infant stage of operation having been organized on August 8, 2002 and officially registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on November 6, 2002. Its founding members are brought together by shared values geared towards "helping the cooperatives and MSEs/SMEs help themselves" with the conviction for equity orientation, and commitment to serve the poor and disadvantaged people.

KASAMA Consultants Cooperative is a duly organized cooperative that has the primary objective to act as managing agency of persons, associations, cooperatives, partnerships and other entities to provide management, investment and technical advice for commercial, industrial, manufacturing and other kinds of enterprises and to undertake, carry or participate in the promotion, organization, management, recognition of partnerships, organization and other entities. It is committed to the knowledge, attitude, skills buildings for accelerated agro-industrial modernization and alleviation of poverty in the countryside.
