Project Brief: Redesign of an existing site.
Process:
The site was boring and did not attract too many customers.. A usability evaluation of the site was conducted and many features were suggested like-
Consistency of font and colors for a cohesive and superior user experience
Lack of identity did not build trust of employees in the site.
Better information architecture pertaining to the natural mapping of the user.
Popular packages that brought more income to the service were to be highlighted.
Special offers did not catch much attention.
The corporate account form was very long and daunting. Severe optimization was required.
Inconsistent visual design needed rectification
All the services was not properly highlighted at all. User didn't know about all the services.
The pictures for the interior of cars were missing.
On the whole the information architecture was redone and a new layout and color scheme was prepared to make it more exciting.
