Freshman Year

What a lovely time college is. It has been compared by many to paradise. You have all of the freedoms you could ask for, and your parents are still there when you need them. Of course, as we all, know, those people who say that are the same people who either flunk out Freshman year, or compete for the "longest time to earn a BS" award. Yet, even with all of the work, college is still a great time. Even though I am not even yet a sophomore here at Gannon, I thought I should pay a little tribute to my home away from home.

This is the church I go to every sunday, the First Presybterian Church of the Covenant. The people here are very friendly!

This is my best friend from home, Jackie, and I on Family Weekend 2001. They had a green screen photo booth and we thought it might be funny to be bad!

After Jackie and posed for the wanted poster, my Mom saw the beach scene. Since we were all decked out in warm clothes (c'mon, it was late September!), we thought it would be funny if we were shivering on the beach!

If you're not 6, you know you're a college student when posing in front of funny statues is amusing.

Ditto. (Hey, what more do you want???)

Darling, how do I look?

This is your brain. This is your brain on 3 hours of sleep after seeing your best friend for the first time in a month, and after giving said best friend a camera. Any questions? (Also, yes, that is a statue of Jesus, for all you non- Gannonites.)

Apparently, bringing Kristy, Amanda, and Tricia together with Old Tyme Photos and a bunch of costumes can make for a very amusing afternoon. Thank you, Springtopia! Just one question: who exactly is robbing whom?

Of course, it's not to say that when I'm there, and I find a red cape, that interesting things won't happen, too.

Anybody who knows the words, feel free to sing along as Kristy, Amanda, Tricia, and I walk like Egyptians.

The toughest girls in Erie, PA, fighting integalactic scum in their free time, Tricia, Amanda, Megan, and Kristy are: Gannon's Angels!
