Project: Living Room [12' x 18']
The living room is small but I wanted a dramatic background to display part of my collection of masks. This wall focuses on some African masks along with sculpture that my Dad has created.

"The Buddhist" is carved from tulip maple. Richard Moy/sculptor.

The "Hermit Crab" is carved of alabaster. Richard Moy/sculptor.

The fish sculpture is carved from a birch tree we had to remove after a major ice storm had it's top branches touching the ground near our front door.

The alligator was carved with hand tools and also by utilizing a chainsaw to simulate the rough texture of the animal's skin.
