My first Narugami fic, I went to a friend's apartment, and got inspired-
One morning during Narugami's summer vacation (and one of the rare days he didn't work), Loki had asked him, bugged him, and finally almost threatened to blackmail him, when Narugami finally gave in. "Yes, I'll show you where I live! Are you happy?" Loki simply smiled, and nodded.
Loki looked around the neighborhood Narugami said he lived in, as they walked. It didn't look too bad, there wasn't as much trash in the streets and people walked about with no worries despite this being Tokyo. Narugami pointed out the building finally, and Loki did like the look, plain as it was. It was very tall too, maybe about 14 stories. Loki and Narugami entered the building, and Loki walked to where the elevator was, only to have Narugami pull him away with a quick "It's broken."
"Narukami-kun? What floor did you say you live on?"
"The 10th, of course."
"Umm..."
"You said you wanted to see it, so you will see it! Besides, it's great exercise!" Narugami said proudly, and started up the stairs. Loki sighed and followed, already making plans for Yamino-kun to make a very nice comfortable bath the minute he got home, for the cramps, aching muscles, and anything else not under the above.

********
"What floor ... are we on ...now?"
Narugami stopped, and thought for a moment. "I think we're on the eighth floor." He wasn't even out of breath.
"..."
"Are you all right, Loki?" Narugami peered down to see Loki clinging to the banister and panting for breath. "If you want, I can carry you..."
"No! I can do it... by myself. It's only two more floors. Right?" Loki was regretting that he had ever wanted to see Narugami's room now, but since he was so close...
They made it up to the tenth floor, Loki's body protesting that if he even _thought_ of moving, it would hurt so much. Knowing it would be easier on the way down, and reminding himself of the bath he would take as soon as he got home, Loki wiped the sweat off his face and slightly limped to where Narugami was fiddling with his keys. At least it gave him time to rest his aching--
"Ah here we are!" The door opened, and Loki was ushered in... the only room in the apartment. His own bathroom was bigger then this! Maybe his closet even!! He stared in wonder at the tininess of it, while Narugami grinned. "What do you think?"
"It's very... comfy." There was a futon near the only window, a few (actually clean!) dishes stacked near the battered radio (that Loki was sure Narugami had rescued out of the trash); and one of the small closets, which didn't look like it closed all the way, was crammed full with some school books, two school uniforms, and umpteen different uniforms from the many part-time jobs he had worked. "Just curious, Narukami-kun, where do you take a shower?"
"Down on the seventh floor." Thinking about that just made Loki's legs ache again. He pushed the pain away and looked around again as he sat down on the futon (which was the only place to sit). This time, near the futon, he caught the rough caricature drawn on cardboard of a person he supposed maybe had blonde hair, if light orange crayoned-hair could be called that, but it had the name 'Sif' scrawled on it, so he didn't say anything. Loki watched as Thor placed his Mjollnir sword near the radio, and it sparked to life, playing a J-pop song Mayura was so fond of. "I suppose that cuts down on electricity bills, doesnft it..." Loki remarked dryly.
"Yeah, sometimes it is good being the God of Lightning..." Narugami smiled as he sat next to Loki and looked around his tiny apartment. "Yeah, it is comfortable... I like it. Yeah, really nice..." Narugami went silent, as they both looked around the small apartment once more.
"Narukami-kun, if you want to live at the mansion, you just have to ask..."
"In a heartbeat, Loki."

*A serious attempt at a MaLoki serious ficlet-
Loki knew he was dreaming, but yet he couldn't stop to marvel. It was Asgard, he had to be there, the warm breeze blowing on his cheek as it rustled the flowers was too real to be only an illusion brought on by his imagination. He looked down and saw that he was in his true form, not the child body he had grown so used to. He picked a flower from its long stem and smelled it; the flowers on Earth could never match the sweetness of Asgard, nor copy the richness of the white satin-petals. "Yo, Loki!" Someone hailed him as he smiled at Asgard's beauty, and he turned to see Thor, no, Narugami, yet both visages occupying the same body. "How about we go and get something to eat, huh?"

"Same old Naru-, I mean, Thor...," Loki smiled, earning a puzzled glance in reply. He didn't respond to the unspoken question, but merely waved it off and began to walk. Near Bifrost, he spotted Heimdall on the bridge talking to Freyr, who was leaning on his real boar Gullinbursti (no electrical pigs here!). But yet both were wearing the clothes that he saw them in on Earth, and Heimdall was his natural seventeenish-looking self with two eyes instead of Kazumi's with only one eye. He waved to them both, earning a grudgingly returned gesture from Heimdall and a boisterous waving from Freyr. As he traveled up the road with Thor, he couldn't help but feel a sharp pang of guilt, for all that he would do and had done, intentional or unintentionally to Heimdall. He knew that previously he wouldn't have cared what he did, but that was before he had learned hard lessons on Earth, mainly humility and concern for others.

"Oh, so serious today, my Loki-sama..." Freya had come while he was being introspective, and she was now clinging to his arm. She looked the same as when she transformed out of the body of Reiya, except that in her long blonde hair, she had the brown and white bows the little 8 year old girl favored. Thor had invited her to eat with them before he could speak, and he silently nodded, smiling as she turned to him. A movement turned his head towards the three Norns who walked down the same path, carrying the jugs of Water that would delay the decay of the World Tree. Yet they were wearing the dresses that he had seen as they challenged him on Earth. As they passed, they smiled happily at him, Skuld most of all, for she was skipping as she moved ahead of the others. Urd dipped into her stipend of water, and sprinkled them at Loki. They felt like tiny rays of sunshine as the little warm drops touched his face, and he closed his eyes--

Only to open them in his bedroom at the sound of Yamino-kun opening the shades to let in the morning light. He yawned, and something brushed his cheek as he stretched. He brought his arm down to see the Asgard flower still held in his hand. "Loki-sama, what is that?" Yamino-kun asked as he brought in Loki's breakfast, then started to lay out Loki's clothes for the day. Fenrir, who had been following Yamino(and the food), jumped on Loki's bed, and Ec-chan drifted close. Loki was happy, here he had a family and he could still see the other Gods of Asgard, even if in their Earthly disguises. But yet, he smelled the Asgard flower again, and placed it in with the other flowers in the vase on the breakfast tray.

"A taste of home..."
