BOPIS.
Buy Laman Loob ng Baboy, Baga, puso, lapay, bato kasama
lalamunan.
Boil in 2 liters water with 1
tbspoon salt, for about 20 mins.
Cut into 2 x 3 inch. boil into 1/2 cup of vinegar with black pepper powder. and salt, with unskinned 1 whole garlic. cook till dried.
While hot cut into small cubes then chop (tadtarin).
put 1/3 cup lemon juice or calamansi.
Meanwhile, sauté 6 cloves garlic crushed and chopped, and 1 large onion, cook the chopped organs then salt to taste,
(IF you
prefer Vetsin use it - but I discourage using it).
Before serving cut into small cubes 1 large onion then blend
with Bopis, sprinkle few lemon juice or calamansi. slice into fine about 5 siling labuyo more if you prefer spicy.
Mix very well.
Serve as you wish or while still hot.
