This is what really separates my configs from others I have seen. The menu lets you choose which setup you want at any time, even after the game has started. I did this primarily because of GameSpy. Autoexec.cfg files don't seem to run with Gamespy, so putting specialized configs in each directory with it's appropriate mod doesn't acheive any results. Rather than tediously typing in each config to execute every time I entered a game, I decided to make a menu.

For multiple-player machines, you can either make yourself a separate menu for each player (IE wcMenu.cfg), OR give yourself separate menu entries for each player (IE "WL" for Wraith's Lithium setup). I encourage the second option, as it encourages players to try out each other's settings.
