PPV History


Triple H is always entertaining to watch in normal matches, but he is super-entertaining when he wrestles on a pay per view. He steps up an extra level and provides an excellent wrestling match to watch.

Starrcade 1994: Alex Wright defeated Jean-Paul Levesque.

Summer Slam 1995: Hunter defeated Bob Holly.

In Your House 3: Fatu defeated Hunter (dark match).

Survivor Series 1995: Hunter is pinned by the Undertaker when Hunter's team goes up against the Dark Side.

In Your House 4: Hunter defeats Fatu.

In Your House 5: Hunter defeats Henry O. Godwinn in an Arkansas Hog Pen Match.

Royal Rumble 1996: Hunter is eliminated from the Battle Royal. He is defeated via DQ by Duke Droese in the Free For All.

In Your House 6: Hunter defeats Droese.

Wrestlemania XII: Ultimate Warrior defeats Hunter.

In Your House 7: Hunter defeats Marc Mero in a match after the PPV.

In Your House 8: Mero defeats Hunter.

King of the RIng 1996: In a dark match Hunter defeats Aldo Montoya.

In Your House 10: Hunter is defeated by Jake Roberts in a match after the PPV.

Survivor Series 1996: Marc Mero's team defeats Hunter's team when Mero pins Hunter.

In Your House 11: Stone Cold Steve Austin defeats Hunter.

In Your House 12: Via countout, Hunter is defeated by Mero.

Royal Rumble 1997: Hunter defeats Goldust. He is then eliminated from the Royal Rumble.

In Your House 13: Hunter defeats Goldust.

In Your House 15: Hunter defeats Flash Funk.

King of the Ring 1997: In the semi final Hunter defeats Ahmed Johnson. In the final Hunter defeated Mankind to become the King of the Ring 1997.

In Your House 16: Hunter and Mankind wrestled to a double countout.

Summer Slam 1997: Mankind defeated Hunter in that memorable cage match.

One Night Only: Hunter defeated Dude Love with the Pedigree.

Degeneration X: Hunter defeated Sgt. Slaughter.

No Way Out: The team of Steve Austin, Owen Hart, Cactus Jack, and Chainsaw Charlie defeated the team of Hunter, Savio Vega, and the New Age Outlaws.

WrestleMania 14: Hunter defeated Owen Hart.

Unforgiven: Hunter defeated Owen Hart.

Over the Edge: Owen Hart, D-Lo Brown and Mark Henry defeated Hunter and the New Age Outlaws.

Fully Loaded: Hunter wrestled Rocky Maivia to a draw in a best of three falls match.

Summer Slam 1998: Hunter won the Intercontinental title from Rocky Maivia in a Ladder Match.

Capital Carnage: Hunter defeated Jeff Jarrett.

Royal Rumble 1999: Hunter enters the Battle Royal but he is eliminated.

St. Valentine's Day Massacre: Kane and Chyna defeated Hunter and X-Pac.

WrestleMania 15: Kane defeated Hunter by DQ.

Backlash: Hunter defeated X-Pac.

No Mercy (UK PPV): Hunter and Undertaker lost to Stone Cold in a three way match.

Over the Edge: Hunter lost to the Rock via DQ.

Fully Loaded: Hunter defeated the Rock in a Strap Match, which was sanctioned with no DQ's, no count-outs, and falls counted anywhere in the building.

Summer Slam 1999: Hunter and Stone Cold was defeated by Mankind in a Triple Threat Match to win the WWF world title.

Unforgiven: Hunter defeated The Rock, Mankind, The Big Show, Kane, and the British Bulldog in the Six-Pack match to win the WWF world title.

Rebellion (UK PPV): In a cage match, Hunter defeats the Rock.

No Mercy: Hunter defeated Stone Cold to retain the world title.

Survivor Series 1999: The Big Show defeated Hunter and the Rock in a triple threat match to win the WWF world title.

Armageddon: Hunter defeats Vince McMahon in a No Holds Barred, Falls Count Anywhere match.

Royal Rumble 2000: Hunter defeated Cactus Jack in a street fight.

No Way Out: Hunter defeats Cactus Jack in a Hell in the Cell match.

WrestleMania 2000: Hunter retains the world title be defeating the Rock, Mick Foley, and the Big Show in the Fatal Four Way Elimination Match.

Backlash: The Rock defeats Hunter to gain the world title.

Insurrexion: The Rock defeats Hunter and Shane McMahon

Judgement Day: Hunter defeats the Rock to gain the world title in an Iron Man match.

King of the Ring 2000: The team of the Rock, the Undertaker, and Kane defeated Hunter, Vince McMahon, and Shane McMahon. The Rock pinned Vince and with the special stipulation, The Rock gains the world title.

Fully Loaded: Hunter defeats Chris Jericho in a Last Man Standing match.

Summer Slam 2000: The Rock defeats Hunter and Kurt Angle in a three way dance.

Unforgiven: Hunter defeats Kurt Angle.

No Mercy: Hunter defeats Chris Benoit.

Survivor Series: Hunter and Stone Cold battle to a no contest in a no DQ match.

Armageddon: Kurt Angle retained the world title in a six man Hell in a Cell match featuring Steve Austin, Hunter, the Rock, Rikishi, and the Undertaker.

Royal Rumble 2001: Kurt Angle defeated Hunter to retain the world title.

No Way Out: Hunter defeated Steve Austin in a best of three falls match. Austin won the first fall (no special stipulations) by pinning Hunter. Hunter pinned Austin in the second fall (street fight rules) and the third fall (steel cage).

WrestleMania 17: Hunter was defeated by the Undertaker.

Backlash: Hunter and Steve Austin defeated the Undertaker and Kane to win the tag team belts.

Insurrextion: In a handicap match, the Undertaker defeated Hunter and Stone Cold.

Royal Rumble 2002: In his first big match back from his injury, Hunter went on to eliminate Kurt Angle to win the Battle Royal. He will go on to meet the champion at WrestleMania.

No Way Out 2002: With a couple of chair shots from Kurt Angle, Hunter lost his title shot at WrestleMania 18.

WrestleMania X-8: Hunter went on to defeat Chris Jericho for the Championship Belts.

Hunter as Tera Ryzing wins the IWF title.

Hunter defeated Marc Mero for the WWF Intercontinental title, October 21, 1996

Rocky Miavia (The Rock) defeated Hunter for the title on February 13, 1997.

Hunter "defeated" Shawn Michaels to win the WWF European title in a clown match, December 11, 1997.

January 26, 1998, D-X sent Goldust to substitute for Hunter in a match against Owen Hart. Owen was given the title because Hunter could not defend the title.

March 17, 1998 Hunter defeated Owen to regain the European title.

July 14, 1998 Hunter was defeated by D-Lo Brown, with help from Rocky Maivia.

At Summer Slam, Hunter defeated Rocky to win the Intercontinental title on August 30. He was stripped of the title on October 11 because of a knee injury.

On August 23, 1999, Hunter won his first world title against Mankind. Less than a month later, Steve Austin assisted Vince McMahon to take the title from Hunter on September 14.

Just 12 days later at Unforgiven, Hunter defeated the Rock, Mankind, the Big Show, Kane, and the British Bulldog in the Six-Pack match to win the world title for the second time.

November 14, 1999 at Survivor Series in a triple threat match featuring the Big Show, the Rock and Hunter, the Big Show walked away with the win and the title.

On Raw is War, January 3, 2000 Hunter defeated the Big Show to win the world title for the third time.

At Backlash on April 30, 2000, the Rock defeated Hunter.

Hunter defeated the Rock at Judgement Day, May 21, 2000, to win the world title for the fourth time in an Iron Man Match, 6 falls to 5.

At King of the Ring, June 25, 2000, the Rock, the Undertaker, and Kane defeated the team of Hunter, Vince McMahon, and Shane McMahon. The Rock pinned Vince and due to a special stipulation, he won the world title.

April 5, 2001 Hunter defeats Chris Jericho to capture the Intercontinental title for the second time. A week later he lost it to Jeff Hardy in the "Upset of the Year". The following Raw however, April 16, 2001, he captured it back from Jeff Hardy.

On April 29. 2001 Hunter teams with Steve Austin to capture the WWF tag team belts from the Undertaker and Kane. This win makes Hunter the second Grand Slam Winner in WWF history.

On May 20, 2001 Hunter loses the Intercontinental title to Kane in a chain match at Judgement Day.

On May 29, 2001 Hunter and Austin lost the tag team titles to Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit during Raw. This match caused Hunter's injury and he was out for eight months.

March 17, 2002 Hunter won the Undisputed Championship defeating Chris Jericho at WrestleMania.
