Lightning Spy, Ch.2 !~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~ Re cap; Our hero's (No I don't mean the sandwich) 'Lita' and 'Ken' have just finished discussing their mission, and are on their way to the hotel. And getting to know a little bit more about each other. But, little did they know of the evil dude, lurking in the shadows. Following them. *at the hotel* "Reservation, for Mr. and Mrs. Drake." "Ah, yes! Mr. and Mrs. Drake! We have a problem with your room." "What is it?" "Well you see miss, We over booked, and we were not able to get you a two bed room. But we were able to get you the 'Honeymoon Suit' with no extra charge, of course. Is that alright?" Before Lita could even make a sound Ken had answered. "Yes that will be fine, can we go up to the room now?" "Of course sir! Right this way." When the Bellhop opened the door to the room, all Lita could do was Gasp, "It's beautiful" "When they said I'd be teaming up with a woman, they didn't tell me she was as beautiful as you are." Ken said after the Bellhop left. "Flattery will get you NOWHERE with me, 'Ken'!" "I was just stating the obvious. Now for sleeping arrangements, you take the Bed, and I'll take the couch. Is that alright?" "Are you sure?" "Of course, The beautiful lady should get the bed." "Thank-you, that's very gentlemanly of you." ~ No one ever called me Beautiful, before. Let alone a Lady! Maybe Agent J-Knight is really a good guy. Once you get to know him. ~ "Lita. Lita? Agent Lightning!" "Huh? Shush! Don't call me that, we don't know if it's safe!" "Sorry, You wouldn't answer me and I kinda got worried." "I'm fine. I was just deep in thought." "Okay. I'm just making sure." Said `Ken`, looking into her eyes. ~ God she's beautiful! Those eyes, that hair, and what a BODY! ~ "Um... Ken? Are you okay?" ~ Why is he staring at me? GOD! He's handsome! ~ They were frozen like that for what seemed like hours. Then slowly, And gently `Ken` bent down and kissed `Lita` softly on the lips. "I...I'm sorry Lita, I shouldn't have done that." "It...it's okay Ken. It's late, Why don't we get some sleep, and tomorrow we can start planning for the peace talk, and banquet." "Alright, goodnight Lita." "Goodnight Ken." *Out side of `Lita's` window, in the Shadows.* "Looks like Agent J-knight is smitten with Agent Lightning. I can certainly see why. Well, sleep well my love.
