Ch. 7 The end??? Lita fell to the floor crying. Locke was unconscious. He was also bleeding badly. Lita picked him up, and started to shake him. "Locke! Locke! Wake up! Please!" She sobbed. "Locke!" She went to the phone. Then Muron appeared in front of her. "You..." Lita started. "There is no need for an ambulance." He said. His dark voice gave Lita shivers up her spine. She backed up. "Lita, listen. If you want Locke to be okay, you have to come with me. Or he'll die." Muron said. "If he dies, I'll kill myself!" Lita said. Muron thought for a second. "Well then, come with me anyways and he won't suffer anything anymore. And you must transform before you come." Muron ordered her. A black hole appeared in front of her. "Well?" Muron asked. Lita transformed to Jupiter. "Fine. But you have to promise." Jupiter said. "He is no longer part of the Negaforce. Thanks for telling your story." He said. "Anybody from the good side is not allowed in our place. "Come on, step in." Muron urged her. "Not until Locke's okay!" Jupiter said. "Fine." Muron went up to Locke and snapped his fingers. At that instant, Locke groaned. "Now, come! I don't have all day." Muron said. Jupiter started to follow him in the hole. She had no choice, becase Muron could hurt her friends. Well actually she had a choice. If she also went, then there would be people in danger. Luna had told her before that she is the second strongest scout, well, mabye fourth, after Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, and Chibi Chibi. But of course if she left it would make Sailor Moon weaker. But she went anyways. "Jupiter?" Locke was standing up. "Locke," Jupiter started. "Where are you going?" Locke asked. Jupiter looked at the floor. "I'm... saving your life..." Jupiter said. Locke's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean? Jupiter, Where are you going???" Locke asked worriedly. Jupiter just looked at him and then went in the hole. "Jupiter, wait! It's too dangerous there! Come back!!!" Locke tried, but it was too late. Jupiter went in already. He knew something at that instant. He had to tell Serena, it seemed she was the only one who would care. He would tell Sailor Moon but he didn't know she was. He picked up the phone and dialed her number. Jupiter explored cautiously around her strange new surroundings. She saw some light up ahead. "This way..." Said a voice somewhere. Jupiter followed the voice. She saw the lady she had seen previously. "I have been waiting for you, Sailor Jupiter. I am Empress Drusilla." Jupiter looked at her. "What do you want with me?" Jupiter asked. "Why, hon', you are my key to my world domination! I wouldn't be here right now if my no good ugly stupid sister Queen Beryl succeded. But here I am, avenging her death." Drusilla explained. Jupiter drew back a little. Drusilla smiled. "Come closer." she said. Some wind behind Jupiter pushed her forward. "That's right!" Drusilla said, grinning even more. Then, all of a sudden, some sort of slime substance poured over her. Jupiter wanted to scream, but the slime was too quick, it completly covered her. 'What's... happening... I feel... so... weak...' Jupiter thought. She fell unconscious. The slime was supposed to take out the heart diamond, but then, something started to shine in Jupiter's Locket. Her necklace came out, placed itself around Jupiter's neck, and then her scout outfit turned into a beautiful silk green dress, with emeralds around it. Jupiter's hair went down, and a tiara with a lot of emeralds appeared on her head. This was one of Jupiter's finest dresses. "What?! No! It can't be!" Drusilla pouted and started crying like a little baby. "Those... clothes! They're protecting her! We have to do the slow process, or we'll kill her." Drusilla ordered Muron. "Very well, Empress." Muron said. He went up to Jupiter and started the process. "WHAT?! Locke, you're crazy! That can't be! Lita can't be gone! You'll be here? Fifteen minutes? Whole story? (sniff) Okay, bye." Serena hung up. She sat on her bed and started to bawl. "Serena, what's the matter?" Luna asked. Luna and Rini came in. "L-L-Lu-Luuunnnaa!" Serena bawled. "Serena, you're such a baby! Shut up and tell us!" Rini said. "Why don't you shut up you little brat! Luna, call the scouts. Tell them to come here..." Serena was still bawling. Luna jumped on her bed. "Whatever for, Serena? Surely there isn't an emergency?" Serena buried her face in her knees. "Lita's gone..." Serena whispered. Locke was rushing to Serena's house. He couldn't waste any time. He met Amy and Raye on the way. He didn't really know them that well. They were also rushing. "What are you in a hurry for?" Locke asked. "We're going to Serena's house. Something happened, she wouldn't tell us what." Raye explained. They finally reached Serena's place. Darien couldn't make it. He had to go to some place for a buisness trip. Mina was already there. In Serena's room, Locke started to explain. "Lita? Gone? How did you know?" Amy asked. Locke looked at her. "It's hard to explain..." Locke said. Then he noticed Luna. "Hey... I've seen you before!" Locke picked her up. He tried to remember where he had seen the funny looking cat with the cresent moon. He remembered going to Princess Serenity's palace to dance. "Locke, this is no time to remember things!" Raye said. Locke didn't listen. "Serena, where did you find this cat?" Locke asked. Serena looked at him. "Well, uh... I didn't... exactly find her... she found me." Serena said. Locke thought for a moment while the others stared at him. "You're Luna! I remember now! You're that... talking cat!" Luna was surprised. "How... did you know?" Luna asked. Locke was then surprised that the others weren't surprised. "I... was a guardian back on Jupiter... My job was to protect the princess..." They all looked at Locke. "You're princess Serenity!" Locke looked at Serena. Serena stared back. "The Sailor soldiers of love and justice... I should've known..." Locke said. Nobody spoke for at least 5 minutes. "Hey Locke," Raye was the first one to speak. "Why did they take her?" Everyone looked at Locke, anxiously waiting for an answer. "Lita has the Heart Diamond." He said. Rini gasped. Sailor Pluto warned me about this!" Rini exclaimed. "It could be the end of the world!" Everyone looked at her. "Rini, are you sure?" luna asked. Rini nodded. Then Locke stood up. "hey, are we going to get Lita back or what?" Locke said. Then the others stood up, nodding in agreement. Everybody transformed. Locke tried to. But then he realized that he lost his power. 'I'm saving you, Locke...' Came a voice in his head. Then he knew why. Jupiter had freed him from the Evil that was keeping him sad. "I... I can't go..." Locke said. "What do you mean?" Sailor Moon asked. "I can't use my power anymore." He explained. Luna came up to him. "Locke, if you remember most of your past, and look deep inside your heart and see how strong your love is for Princess Jupiter, then you will transform into your former guardian self, and you'll be able to come with us." Luna explained. Locke nodded. He closed his eyes, concentrating hard. Then, soon enough, he became one of the guardians of Jupiter. "Wow... I can't believe I wore this before!" Locke said. Everyone formed a circle, Locke filling in for Jupiter. "Sailor Teleport!" They all yelled. At that instant, they disappeared. "Where are we?" Sailor Moon asked. She was looking in a dark cave. Locke went up ahead. "This was my home..." Locke said. Sailor Moon looked at him. "You lived here?" Mars asked. Locke nodded. "Come on. I know the way." The scouts followed him. "It's almost out, Empress." Muron was carfully taking out the Heart Diamond. "Finally." Said the Empress. They have been waiting for almost 3 hours already. Muron then approached the Empress with the heart diamond. "Ahh, I'll finally get my wish!" said the Empress. She put it on her rod. "Heart Diamond! I command you!" She started. "Destroy this world now!" She held up her rod. Then something flew at the rod and threw the Diamond off. "Not today, Negasleaze!" The Empress looked up. "You took our best friend and you have kept her long enough! I, Sailor Moon, will not let you do this no more!" Sailor Moon cried. She was really mad. "Oh, is that so? Then have a taste of this!" The Empress picked up the Diamond and threw some dark energy at them. The scouts fell down in three hits except for Sailor Moon and Locke. They still kept on going. Locke threw a dart at the slime that was keeping Lita captive. The slime disappeared and Lita fell on the floor, still unconscious. Then Muron came up behind Locke and started choking him. "So I get my wish. I've always wanted to kill you from the start, and now I have a reason to!" Muron grinned. He choked Locke even more. "Muron, Let me go!" Muron choked him more. Locke couldn't breath. Then Chibi Moon slowly woke up, and as soon as she did, she recognized the trouble Locke was in. She took out her rod, and started her power. In that instant, she got Muron. "NOOO!" Muron screamed. Then he disappeared into nothing. "Thanks Chibi Moon!" Locke said, catching his breath. "EEEKKK! You guys! I NEED HELP!" Sailor Moon cried. Locke and Chibi Moon went at her. The other scouts woke up. "Quick, planet power now!" Said Mercury. Everyone nodded. They did their planet power and it hit the Empress. "Fools, you can't defeat me! I am now invincible, now that I have the Heart Diamond." Venus drew back. "It didn't work..." She whispered. "Now, feel what it's like to be defeated, Sailor brats!" The Empress drew her rod, and created some strong energy force at them. The scouts screamed, but they were still up. Lita lay on the floor, slowly regaining consciousness. "Wha-what happened? She asked herself. Then she saw the scouts being beat. She was too weak. Without the diamond made her feel funny. Then she got mad. She stood up. "Heart Diamond, I command you! Come fourth!" The Empress looked at Lita. "What??" Drusilla said surprised as the Diamond flew to Lita. As soon as it was in her hands, Lita walked up besides the scouts. "You've hurt my friends long enough! Now you will experience the same pain!" Lita started up her power. Then Chibi Moon tugged her skirt. She was still up. "Lita, no! You'll die if you do this!" She cried. Lita looked at Chibi Moon. "It's the only way, Chibi Moon. If I don't, the world won't be safe." Lita said. She stood up. "Now! Heart Diamond! I command you! Banquish this evil being!" A lot of energy builded up in the Diamond. At the same time, the Empress shot her power at Lita but the energy blocked it. Soon, Lita got weaker. She started falling on the ground. "I'll help, Lita!" Chibi Moon cried. The others stood up, nodding in agreement. "Chibi star power!" "Moon Eternal power!" "Mercury Crystal power!" "Mars Crystal Power!" "Venus Star Power!" " Jupiter Guardian power!" They all said in unision. Lita slowly stood up, because she got more energy, but the Empress' power got too strong so she was going weak again. The others put more energy in it and then after ten minutes or so, their energy got to a high peak and flew to the Empress. "What? NO! This can't be! If I go, I'm taking you with me!" Cried the Empress. She shot the rest of her power at Lita. The Empress disappeared and then Lita collapsed. "Lita!" Sailor Moon cried. Sailor Moon picked Lita up and shook her. "Lita! Lita! Wake up! Please! It's me, Saior Moon! Please!" Sailor Moon started to cry. "She's not moving..." Locke said as he started to cry. Venus took Lita's wrist. Her face went blank. "Venus, what's wrong?" Mars asked. Venus started crying. "I... I can't... I can't find a pulse..." Venus said. "What?? You're kidding, right, Venus?!" Sailor moon burst into tears. Locke cried even more. "I told her... she wouldn't listen." Chibi Moon said. "No, No, NO! She can't leave me! She can't! I wont leave without her..." Sailor Moon cried. Locke looked down. "Sh...she's... she's really gone, isn't she..." Locke choked. Mercury nodded. "I'm so sorry..." Then the cave started to collapse. "What's going on?" Sailor Moon asked. Locke looked at the ceiling. "Empress Drusilla no longer exists, so neither does the cave." He said. Locke started to pick Lita up. Mercury shook her head. "Leave her here." She said. "There's nothing the hospital would be able to fix. Sailor Moon didn't agree. "Why? I think we should take her!" Sailor Moon said. The others shook their heads. "Hey look! There's a portal! Quickly!" Mars said. They ran to the portal, stepping in one by one. Locke was the last. He took one last look at Lita. Then he went in the portal. As they left, something appeared above Lita. "My dear beloved daughter..." the figure said. It was Queen Jupiter. "I'll take you home. I can't allow this to happen. You will live again. But that would take a while. You'll have to wait." Queen Jupiter disappeared, taking Lita with her. Then the whole cave collapsed. Serena was sitting at her desk doing her homework. As she was doing that, teardrops fell on the sheets of paper. "Lita..." She cried. Then her Mom came in the room. "Serena, I'm getting worried. So is the teacher. Two days ago, you were just a dummy, sorry to say, but now, you're getting the top marks in the school! I should be proud, but I also noticed you were sad. What's wrong, honey?" Her mom said soothingly. "Nothing, mom. Listen, I gotta go to Raye's now." Serena stood up and slowly went out the door. "So Locke, are you going to Lita's?" Locke nodded. "I'll go with you." Serena was walking with Locke. It was after the scout meeting. They soon approached Lita's door. "It's wierd, you know..." Serena said. Locke nodded. He hasn't been saying anything for the past two days. His marks in school went lower than Serena's usual mark. They then got to Lita's house. Locke went straight to Lita's room for some reason. As soon as he opened the door, he gasped. "Locke, what's wrong?" Serena asked. He didn't do anything. He just stood there. Then he collapsed on the ground. Serena rushed to him, taking a look in the room. Serena was also shocked. She trembled as if an earthquake just occured. She quickly rushed to the phone, calling the scouts one at a time. "C-c...c-c-c-come quick!... Get to Lita's house... O-on the d-d-double!" Serena's voice also trembled. Soon, all the scouts arrived at Lita's house. "What's the big idea Serena?" Raye asked. Serena said nothing and led them to Lita's room. What the scouts saw in there was a big surprise. Locke woke up. "I... I'm not dreaming, am I?" Locke asked. "no..." Serena replied. In the bed, lay Lita sound asleep. "How did she get here?" Mina asked. Amy shrugged. The girls went over to her bed. Lita was in her P.J.'s but still wearing the necklace. "This... is sooo... amazing!" Raye exclaimed. Locke, still shocked over what happened, stumbled over to Lita's bed. "Locke, how do you think she got here?" Serena asked. "Don't ask me! How am I supposed to know!" Locke got cranky. "Should we call the hospital?" Mina asked. Raye shook her head. "Nuh-uh. The nurses will get nosy and start asking what happened. Not a good idea." "Well, maybe we should leave her alone for a while, I mean like, she'll need her rest and I think she shouldn't be crowded with visitors." Amy said. "But how'll we know if she's okay or not?" Rini asked. Locke spoke up. "I'll take care of her. I'll watch over her tonight. You guys go home." Locke said. The others nodded and left for home. Locke was sleeping peacefully knowing that Lita should be okay. He was dreaming of all the good times they had together. Then Lita started to move. Locke woke up at that instant. He looked at Lita. "Lita? Are you awake?" Locke asked. Lita didn't answer. She just kept tossing and turning in her bed. "Lita, are you okay? It's me, Locke. Don't worry. You'll be okay!" Lita finally came around in 5 minutes. "Mo... mom?" Lita asked. "Lita, it's me Locke!" Locke exclaimed, trying to get over his excitement. Lita nodded. "But where's mom?" She asked. "I want to thank her..." Lita said. Locke was puzzled. Lita tried to get up. "I'm too tired..." She finished. Locke nodded. "I want to thank my mom for saving my life," Lita said. "She saved me when... we beat Drusilla," Lita sputtered. It was hard for her to talk. "I... was dead, she saved me..." Lita kept on murmuring this. "Lita, listen. Go to bed now. You need rest. We'll talk tomorrow." Locke instructed. Lita nodded and fell asleep at that instant. Then Locke fell asleep. He had one of the best sleeps he has had in his whole entire life. Now that he knows that Lita was 100% ok.
