Thanks

Thanks? A pretty mediocre title considering what I'm planning to write about. I just read one of the best articles about this subject (I almost cried when I finished reading it) and decided to give my opinion and thanks to those I have silently admired for so many years. This article is dedicated to all those wonderful webmasters who have closed their sites. The so-called "elitists" if you will. Their sites have been an example to us all of originality, html genius, and accuracy. One of the first sites I ever went to was Pluto Planet Power (formerly maintained by Mara K.). I always admired her page and wanted to make a page good enough to be deemed worthy to win her Pluto Planet Award. I'll also miss Sailorgrub. Her page (Reflections) practically introduced me to the manga. She made me love it through all of her wonderful scans. Janelle, I'll always remember your Anti-Mercury Shrine and the Everchanging Sailormoon Gateway. While disappointed that you took down ESMG, I'm exstatic you left AMS up. I got many a laugh from that page.

In conclusion, I just want to thank you all for all the time, effort, and passion you put into your webpages that in turn created a ripple effect to others in the Sailormoon Community (SMC). You made us want to strive harder and even gave us help on how to achieve what we wanted for our webpages. So, now that you're gone, I hope you remember that we appreciate all of your hard work and that not all of us wanted you to close down your sites. Please try and remember the good side of the SMC and remember that you will all be greatly missed. I salute you and god bless.
